I just made these tofu 'fish' fingers (as they are called in Australia) I LOVE THEM so I know what you mean (even a friend of mine who hates and rubbishes tofu LOVED them) and yes this challenge was initially very scary but then interesting and then intriguing and then when finished very very satisfying if not an amazing dish. It looks like many of us had a similar reaction to this challenge but it's good to be forced out of our comfort zone every now and again.
Mine look good? Yours look fantastic! Those tofu sticks look exctly like fish sticks but better, and your plating is lovely! You always rock these challenges. Now that I think of it, not too many people seem to have taken part in this challenge, so let's just say we 'dared' and delivered..lol
