The focaccia looks amazing! And zucchini pizza..yum. You're right about the wheat dough being much tastier than white flour..this is a great recipe!

Hummus..shelling? What kind of chickpeas did you use?
Thank you for your message. I used normal dried chickpeas. You know after the beans are cooked, there will be a very thin layer of transluscent shell outside every bean, which has to be removed to make the hummus more smooth.
Oh, wow..do you notice a difference in texture with it? I usually just pulverize it, shell and all.
There is a big difference in texture, taste and even the look. Very smooth, brighter-looking and creamy, the hummus is better than the one you can get in an authentic Lebanonese restaurant. The shells must be removed. It's quite a bit of work but so worth it.
