My husband and I have both agreed to go on a "therapeutic" diet to shed some extra pounds. So I had the more green-heavy meal in a long time. Steamed bok choy and alfafa sprouts with Silken Mayo Dressing (Veganomicon, page 92). We love alfafa sprouts and we actually haven't had alfafa sprouts in a long time. It was good to go back to the basics. I had some whole wheat bread with vegan margarine.
