Scottish Vegan - Scottish+Vegan=A good surprise! Hey, it's all Scottish. Don't underestimate it.

Baking Bites - By Nicole. Sometimes she makes vegetarian baked goods too. You can surely veganize many of her recipes and be happily surprised.
